RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

We offer full refunds and exchanges when these 2 conditions are met:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, the item(s) will not be accepted. 

    HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER: 

    1. Please send us an email at info@solbari.com 
    2. As well as sending us your item(s) and a copy of your invoice, we will provide you with a returns & exchange form to fill out. This will enable us to process your request promptly. 
    3. We recommend sending your return by Royal Mail and kindly provide us with your postal reference number. Some courier services such as Hermes may not be able to deliver your return to our PO Box address.
    4. If you would like to exchange or return an item, the shipping cost is not covered by Solbari. The postage to send you your exchange is covered by Solbari.

    Please note: If you wish to make an exchange, Solbari is happy to do so as long as the stock is available. If the stock is not available, a refund will be available. Solbari cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.

    REFUNDS

    A full refund will be credited back to your credit card or Paypal account, whichever was used to make the original purchase; as long we receive your return within 30 days of purchase and your item(s) are in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, the item(s) will not be accepted. 

    If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will refund you for the total amount of your purchase item.

    All refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your parcel, but please allow up to 5 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
