Please note: If you wish to make an exchange, Solbari is happy to do so as long as the stock is available. If the stock is not available, a refund will be available. Solbari cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.
A full refund will be credited back to your credit card or Paypal account, whichever was used to make the original purchase; as long we receive your return within 30 days of purchase and your item(s) are in their original condition, unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in their original packaging. If this is not the case, the item(s) will not be accepted.
If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will refund you for the total amount of your purchase item.
All refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your parcel, but please allow up to 5 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
